All Lashed Up

I have confirmation texts for our appointment time. It all seemed a little unprofessional from the beginning, I texted to confirm the appointment this morning. Only to hear from her 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time saying she just woke up and wasn't even at the address she gave me. After driving 45 minutes to this location.... And she gave excuses that it was because she was gone and just got back less than 24 hrs ago. Absolutely unprofessional. It's also not a business location but an apartment location.

She is very professional. And I love my lashes!

My first time at all lashed up yesterday. Lori made me feel real comfortable. First impressions is everything. Customer service was great also. A little gem tucked away.
